The Intro Offer is non-refundable and non-extendable. It is 7 consecutive days and once started it cannot be interrupted. Only available to purchase once per person.
2. Activation Dates
All class packs, monthly passes and the Intro Offer activate on the date of first booking. Subscriptions / passes commence on date of purchase.
If you need to cancel your subscription for any reason please contact studio directly at: rachelyogaflow@gmail.com, stating your reason for cancellation and expect 5 working days for cancellation to take effect.
3. Booking
We strongly recommend that you book your class in advance to receive the Zoom link ahead of time as you will not be permitted entry after the session has started. You will need to have a valid payment option to join.
4. Extension
All multi class packs (4 class pack memberships) are valid for 2 months. Intro Offer and monthly memberships cannot be extended.
5. Cancellation
If you booked a class but can no longer attend, you must cancel the class. Please contact studio directly if so.
Class cancellation policy is 6 hours. If you do not cancel prior to this time, one credit from your class pack, or your drop-in credit will be taken. There is no additional charge.
-
‘Early Cancel’ (up to 6 hours before class) will put the class credit back on your account and you will be able to use it again in the future. If you ‘Late Cancel’ (i.e. after the 6 hour cancellation period) no credit will be returned to your account.
-
The Sweet Spot reserves the right to change or cancel classes at any time, including teacher substitutions. We will endeavour to contact those effected as soon as possible.
We look forward to practicing with you. See you on The Mat!
